Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- All European Union countries
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- Norway
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we cannot ship our products to certain countries. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Unused and unopened (for hygiene reasons)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that are damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@getoptislim.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error in shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@getoptislim.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service.
